Do you ask for help or are you the helper?

I hate asking for help even if it's to Iike open a jar let alone personal things. Quite a few people come to me for help I'm a great listener and try my best to help as best I can

I rarely ever ask for help, I'd rather crunch and grind at something for a while and figure things out that way.

If I need help I try to figure it out by myself first then ask, but I always try to help people as much as I can.

I get scared to ask for help sometimes because i always think its going to be a stupid question but i always help people

dont really mind asking for help though like it doesnt embarrass me or anything because i struggle with like everything whether its a math problem or situation thing but sometimes just get paranoid that im annoying the person (unless its a teacher at school then i dont really mind lol dont need to ask for help at school v often though)
obv if someone asked me for help i'd help them but it doesn't happen very often seeing as im idk not good with that stuff lol will happily listen to people though
