Yeah that colour is horrible. Maybe if it was a bit more purple and not so gray.

Yeah it's purple I've wanted lighter hair for a while tbh and i really like the colour so I might as well instead of being just blonde

@Abi; how did you find out about your allergy? It would be worth having a hairdresser do a test on you in a salon (if you haven't had that done).

on your question, it would be very hard to find a colour to dye it that light without bleach and it would have a risk of going orange first try. To get it that light without bleach or hair stripper, I would have thought you would have to keep dying it lighter and lighter blondes. Which would murder you hair, depending on what product you use. I would suggest going to a salon to get a colour like that, but it will cost you a fair bit.

Not bad hair colour, but there is a lot of dark pigments in that. It will be hard to maintain, because of the purple and you'd probably have to have it professionally done and re-done mainly because of the roots

I went to the hair dressers and asked if they could bleach my hair about 2 years ago so I had a skin test done and my reaction to it was immediate my skin went bright red and was extremely itchy

I thought I'd probably have to have it professionally done anyway because of, like you said, the different pigments and the fact that my roots would end up being horrible so it would have to keep getting done

If you have no previous colour on ur hair you can use high lift ting which isn't bleach. But that's only if u don't have previous colour on.

Pastel colours are very hard upkeep. It's something you have to commit to as it needs a lot of TLC! looks lush though if done proper

So I decided instead of trying to bleach my entire hair first without fulling knowing if I was going to react to it or not, I dip dyed it and I had no major reaction it itched the tiniest amount at first but after a while it was fine.

Heres what it looks like if you care it went a bit more ginger than blonde but idm it doesn't look too bad :L
