Average House Value in your Area?

On my street: £74,804
A bit off, there's a good and bad side to my street so to speak - I live on the worse side with about 20 houses left and the last one I know sold was the one next to me for £30,000 (could be less). However, my dad only paid £2,500 for this, so it's gone up woo.
Average in my town: £186,122 which isn't too bad I guess, I'd value it more at £150,000 though .

Edit: Oh I changed it to terraced houses and the average is £65,857 which makes more sense lmao.
