    Presumably it would be too steep and if the girl were to accidentally roll down it in her condition it could be potentially damaging in the long run. What doesn't make sense is why the council gave them this house in particular. What would have made sense if to give a bungalow or at the very least a house which isn't up a slope.

    The person in charge obviously did that just to piss her off. Fire the person in charge of giving the go ahead to build it. There would have to be other ramps they could build ;l

    Atleast they still have the steps to use and although it is stupid that the planners allowed this but it does look like the council have done a good job building it!
