    I've had it for years, think you pay for it? Not used it in a whole though. It was only the other day I re downloaded it to use again as it was on a other phone before :p it's very interesting the results if they're accurate

    You can set a timer but the time you think it will take you to fall asleep though

    You can set a timer but the time you think it will take you to fall asleep though
    Yeah it cost like 69p or something. I only activate when I know I'm actually going to fall asleep within the next X amount of minutes

    used it last night, looked pretty accurate, got me when I woke up at 6, then woke me up at 7:04 for the alarm, and I felt a lot better

    That's good! I also wonder if this app is telling you you'll feel better so you mentally do. It could be a psychological thing aswell! But I'm sure it actually works too as I think it helped me a few years back but I didn't use it regularly

    Well, I did stay in bed for another 10 minutes though, but usually I'd be half asleep still, this morning I felt better
