Umm.. When have habbo said 'Please feed your pets?' The only way they are hinting to us to feed them is by putting pet food into the catalogue. They never stress it or go on about it like it's a sin. And habbo staff are often quite busy making the place as safe as they can.. You expect them to go for a quick break to make sure a status says full rather than empty :S..
And.. Pets are better when they are hungry because they usually listen to your commands when they are hungry... I don't know if thats fact but if you try it, you will probably see that. Either way habbo have never asked you personally to feed your pets so why be annoyed that they don't feed theres? at the end of the day the pet isn't going to die and nobody notices unless they take the time out to visit rooms and check pets stats like that RSCPA group or something that shouted at me once
