if everyone had the resources he has (access to sandbox, any furni he wants) then im sure most people could make rooms which are as good, if not better.

To clear this is a design from the builder: Bouwplein.

Another point: Everything I build is paid for with my own furniture! What I do for builders at work stands apart from what I do for years. Room design. I'm working with my own furni and room designs. I don't have free furniture. This is all self-purchased or acquired by exchange and searching. What I'm building for builders at work and for Sulake, happened in the S2 hotel. This is separate from my youtube channel and uploads. I build rooms for years and have always done my own thing. I can not always surpass myself. Not everyone love my style. But I keep myself and respect the comments. but let's be clear, I build for pleasure and not from power or promotion.
