It's certainly expanded my mind, made me realise what is most important in life and helped me to realise that everybody has something worth sharing.

    Eh,
Habbo has messed my social life when I was younger. Too be perfectly honest- the effect that it had on my childhood between 2005-2009 was the worse thing ever. I blame it on my one friend for introducing me to habbo back in 2004.
I felt like I chose habbo over hanging out with my friends, and it made me feel very irrational and have a short temper. And for habbox, well- From January to now, I can say that it hasn't done anything yet. I have a balance between my social life and habbo(x) life. I try to keep my social life on the larger end of the scale.

I think it's benefited me because i've made quite a few new friends in a short amount of time - but not drastically.

I don't know the extent to which it's benefitted or held me back because this is the only path I've taken but quite impressively I've been a Habbo longer than I haven't been one, started in 2001 aged 11 and now obv it's 13 years later so been Habz for more than half my life bet you wish you could be this cool

I may just have to quit within the next year or two just to avoid that 'achievement' myself.

i'd say its definitely benefited me. this sounds super cringey but i guess it's helped me discover who i am and helped me understand a lot of stuff. i think without it i'd be way more judgemental or at least it'd take me longer to understand certain stuff. like just from peoples posts on here over the years i've been able to understand depression and self harming way more than i would have elsewhere and that's just one example

but er yeah it probably hasn't helped with school/college work but i wouldn't blame that on habbo(x) because i'm 100% sure without it i'd find something else to waste my time on because i'm such a douche. also made some fab friends from different places in the uk or even the world which is pretty cool, something i wouldn't have done otherwise

oh without habbox i would prob be really shy lmao before i became a dj i refused to speak irl and idk id care so much about everythingggg then when i first got into hxl obv there was like 100 listeners at the time so idk it helped a lot
like now idc bout speak in public and i'll get on the bus and speak to the person next to me or i'll speak to people at the bus stop and just speak infront of my school or whatever idk idc at all but before becoming a dj i wouldnt lol
i mightve done that anyway without habbox but it def helped lmao

yeh same as cameron for the work stuff toooo
