You don't know that for a fact. People are most likely seeking help from then, anonymously. I wouldn't expect it still to be going if it wasn't.

I made an order, only to find that it then somehow merged in to someone else's account - I was able to see his/her personal information as well as that of a later order. I received no confirmation email, because it must have gone to that first person. Clearly not a very secure/safe site and seems like my personal information is now in the hands of at least one other person; as is the data of that later order. Plus I was able to see their personal information too.. will be interested to see what DTL have to say about it.
