Depends really. In this video he probably is being racist as he's using general, broad terms which could be seen as seeing black people as inferior hence it would be racist - plus he says it would make him be part of the KKK which is actually a racist organisation which he seems quite happy about joining. What he's done here is a racially aggravated hate crime because he wants to kill a black person for no reason other than being black, so arguably in this he has actually committed a crime

The other video wasn't as it was a joke which lacked any sort of quality to make him or it as racist. Again it's based on ignorance and quite often stupid people are labelled racist for either not knowing what the word means or where it comes from. If he genuinely beliefs black people need to be hacked up with a chainsaw he's racist, but from just saying a phonetic based joke alone he isn't. Just stupid for being recorded (but then again he's a stupid brat).

I'm amazed he even still has followers or is allowed out in public. Being an egotistical brat has destroyed him. He's lucky he wasn't imprisoned in the UAE when he broke a few laws there and he's even more lucky for getting away with committing crimes in the US! I think it might be the only time the death penalty would be justified.

Well not really lol, he could have choosen to hide it and pay but NO he choose not to meaning he knew it would be released, he knew full well not paying would lead to it being released and choose that option

Does it really matter if he was blackmailed? He's an idiot that should be completely ignored and not paid any attention to. He was stupid then and hasn't changed much except he's now completely responsible for his actions and goes on to commit crimes like battery, criminal damage and traffic based offences. Why anyone would want to be a fan is beyond me.
