kill myself so those last 10 seconds won't be excruciating to live through, I can imagine the last 10 seconds being so long and hard. Id just take my own life so I don't have to suffer the anxiety.

Within the 60 seconds, I would quickly grab my girlfriend and dogs to be sure we all go at the same time and will go to the same place in the case of a car crash or fire etc (selfish?)

If I was to die alone, then the last 60 seconds would probably be spent writing a good luck in life note to those close to me
