It's saying It's picking up an IP address already in use on my network... I have no other devises connected apart form my laptop, I even tried turning that off

ipconfig/renew wont work, it just keeps giving that error ://///// D:

EDIT: Changed the .32 on the end to .33 and still doesn't work :[

You see I used to do this when my mam let me have the router upstairs in my room...

However when talk talk come and installed new stuff and fixed something, they were like "Oh, We'll put it downstairs"

then took out the wally thingy from my room :/
