from what i remember, slayer is only good once you get 95 for ganodermics, could average 2-3m per hour and is great magic xp. think i done 87-99 mage there fairly quickly and now i have like 24m mage xp. tempted just to do some f2p salmon and trout for a bit to get me in the swing of things

I'm 99 so levels never an issue, but even ganodermics I remember it being packed and boring.

I didn't like camping stuff unless it was bosses so mostly done slayer for the xp and i remember it being crap money

but then the price of everything is stupidly high now with the bots reduced.

PvM, flipping and random gatherings. Like I run and collect 6 papaya from 5 locations? at least once a day. That's 100k. I collect from Rocktail bubbles and stuff.... just stuff like that.. little things. Flipping takes like 5 mins of your time for good profit.

I also hoard certain items hoping for a price increase (so merching) though this is quite risky. For example I held 31 d claws before they released that special attack was coming back for it and sold them straight away for a 100% profit (brought 300k- sold 3m). So far that has been going great, I have two other big items on the cards that I have easily invested 50m in. I also lend the phat out quite often as that's EASY cash.

Frosts are still decent gp though I haven't done them in a while.

Getting into runescape in a long while can be a bit hard to start your cash but once you do your routine you should be fine

oh do those idiots still merch, most annoying thing in RS.

random gatherings I assume you mean some popular youtuber or something dropping cash? never been.

PvM was only way I ever earned my money either bossing and such or slayer years ago (when whips were like 3.5mil+ per). lol hopefully claws go back to like 15m makes TDS actually worthwhile fighting.

Starting with 700k can't really obtain a phat for easy cash :p

yeah exact same with me, i like 'old school' RS but i don't like the fact i'm starting again and for that reason alone I won't play it.

i spent several years on/off runescape to get the stats I did, I'm not restarting lol
