Most rares that are released into the catalogue do decline in value. Except, if a rare is re-released into the catalogue e.g the Petal Patch, 7 Hc before, then it was released into the catalogue but it didn't decrease too low.

Its more than likely going to decline very fast, it all depends on if the customers get bored of it, fast.

When a new rare is released into the catalogue, the best method is to be online when its released. When its released in the catalogue, the first 10 minutes are the best for making lots of profit.
For example: When the screens came out, I was buying them and then selling them on for 2.5 Hc :p thats a profit well worth its price.
