hoow can they discriminate if they dont know who you are? very confused.
It tells you at the top of the ticket if you attached something, and yours doesn't have the attachment part. They have opened several attachments from me before, including Anna.
it makes sense that they're not allowed to open file types except for well known image ones, the customer support people are ******ed and their peers have to put strict guidelines on to what they can and can't do
you're in the wrong on this one though, simply for the fact that you are sending them images inside a .docx, it's a lot quicker and easier to compress them or just highlight them all when it asks you to attach them to the chat - it saves you time and saves them the hassle of having to refer to their safety booklet to see if they can open it or not
