There's 3/4 can't remember the correct number of votes that will be disallowed on the winners vote. As they come from user accounts that are all the same IP address and are random characters for usernames. They have no match back to the winner and doesn't change the winner.

I believe that's what we are going. Need to confirm again with Hxl

Should be easy to find as they nearly all bashed their keyboard and were 'referred' by Ripieno. @Inseriousity.; not sure about smart hackers anymore, maybe something else.
