You should buy Study Desk and Hammock.

If you noticed all the rares that are seating items have higher values. This is because almost every room requires a chair but not many require a study desk.

I didn't notice studies dropped to under a HC? I know they are ugly but as you lot are saying they are month 12 HC so there can't be as many of these around as there are other items. Birdbaths and nellies have gone up because they are harder to find yet the hammock is just as hard if not harder to find yet they are still just a hc each. Hmm..

In my opinion both of those rare values listed on Habbox are underpriced. Both of those items will eventually be worth more, especially the Hammock. I can't comprehend how the hammock is only 1 hc, they are hard to find if u ever need one. Study desk is the 12th month of HC and an HC sofa is the first, that's gotta go up soon, don't know why it ever dropped to under 1 hc in the first place. I understand people don't want those items but when people do they pay a more respectable price.

hc sofas you can sell for almost anything..people are always after them..they make good currency and everybdody knows what they are worth so i think they should stay at the same price even if they ARE overated which i kind of agree with and plus i dont really think they are the best looking thing with 2 seats :S
