Wish we were allowed to keep all seasons,holidays skins even if it is over.

Why not a panda theme or chinese theme or some sort

Then maybe open apps for Site Coders again as it seem the last batch who applied and got in seem to not be available or something...

There really aren't a lot of people who can code to the standard we need. I've tried everything I can think of, even offered to pay a couple of people I know out of my own pocket but nada.

vBulletin AdminCP allows you to modify templates to create new skins - you could always try modifying a current skin onto a new one - it's simple enough and pretty quick to get used to.
