I thought you need to get the 3 parts + 500 feathers to make the boots from SoF, or are they just there as a reward with 500 charge already?

Back during the promotion I think you needed the 3 parts to make the boots, and then however many feathers you want to charge it with. There was also the super rare prize of just winning the boots directly. When the promotion ended, the parts of the boots were removed (I only got 1 part), but the rare prize of winning the completed boots remained.

I won that rare prize a few days back, and it comes pre-charged with 500 charges. I also found out that you could convert the singular parts of the boots to feathers, so I got another 50 feathers from that, but sold those for a nice 2 mill

Well I entered about half of my tickets for the first boots raffle, and really wanted to get them, despite 99 agility. Talked to Balthazar, and got all my consolation prizes. Literally the next thing I did was do my daily TH spins, and the first prize was the boots. Benefited me really, because I got them with more charges than I would have from the raffle So, coincidence right there - I wonder what would have happened if I did my spins first, won the boots, and then won them on the raffle. Would the game have changed my prize into feathers, or when it decided the winners at reset, would it have fixed my prize? Who knows.

The only thing that's predetermined in spins is the list of prizes. The thing it lands on it is RNG at the time when you spin (so boots would be there 100%, but change of winning the boots wouldn't be 100%)

If you won the boots from the spins, then you would have got feathers, as at the time you ask him it checks at that moment if you have boots or don't.

If you done the raffle and won boots, then won the TH you would have broke the game, as the boots would already be there (although not guaranteed you'd win) so could have ended up with 2x boots

why would you anyway, 99 slay is the best 99 and herb/sum are a lot more useful than agil

I got 99 agility about 4 years ago on the gnome tree agility course thingy. I'm not sure what this silverhawks thing is? I quit after I got 99 agility. Lol.

It's the one that's made for people with levels higher than 80. You have a different bit to use. It was seriosuly fast exp though. Took like a week and a half from 80.
