its a good start, try to make fonts move evenly sized and at the right angle when writing on buildings, try a brick effect to make the builing look better and perhaps reconsider the proportions of the door, add some habbos or a background and see what you have good luck

secondly, the image is not isometric, and you did not draw the outline of it.
