One of the best monsters to train ranged is at Waterfiends. For the armor and wep, you can either use Armadyl and Karil crossbow( With Bolt Rack). If you ever decide to train range at waterfiends it is around 300kxp per hour and it drops crimson charms as well. *If you decide to train ranged you don't have to use this method really was just sharing my way of training it
