Nobody really. Sometimes my mum says "love you" and I say "love you too" but I'd never say it first and I feel really uncomfortable with that reply anyway. So I'm not counting that.

Edit: wait I'd just like to point out that I really do love my mum but I feel very uncomfortable expressing feelings. I can't even give people compliments so I don't understand how I'm supposed to express love

No one else. Sometimes my mum tries to get me to say it to my dad but I never will.
