Oh that's interesting! I had a passport as a child so I never had to do an interview for my adult passport.

No, you had one as a kid you just get an adult passport. No interview needed - I didn't need it anyway.

Afaik you don't have to do that in Ireland or Ive just never heard of anybody having to do that? I did have my passport since I was quite young though

Most won't be aware of the interview as you probably had one as a child. If you're applying for your first adult one, you need one now. They pretty much just wanna see you are you and that you're not gonna **** **** up

Ive had my interview, staff were really friendly. They basicallu asked about my credit history, my parents namr and d.o.b. my name d.o.b. nothing to rigorous. It was quite ok. Alot of laughing at each other :/
