I normally fall asleep within the first 15 minutes or so of being in bed, even while @Absently; is in a full blown conversation with me

I used to be really bad for not being able to get to sleep but I find it effortless now!

Yeah I normally get to sleep pretty easily once I start trying. When I go to bed I'm normally messaging my girlfriend for a while and once she falls asleep I'm normally pretty tired so normally asleep within like ten minutes. Sometimes when I am in my college house it's supperrrrr cold so it takes a bit longer then

If my sleep pattern is good (as it is now) I have no problem... indeed I am off to bed in about fifteen minutes times.

If not then it's a nightmare, but thats what being bored away from home at university does to you.

Yes, very easily. It's the waking and getting up that's the hard part.

if I have a sleeping pattern yes, because then I'll find it easier to sleep when I'm tired but if me going to bed and waking up is all over the place and I don't wake up until like 3pm, I'll struggle in the night
