My father and I think my grandfather (my father's father) both died at a young age with a heart attack. Well, middle-aged, certainly not old. So I guess that isn't a good sign. I have no idea about my father's mother or anyone else in my father's family.

My grandmother (mother's side) died before her 70th birthday, and both of her parents died of a heart attack (although they weren't what you would class as young, not incredibly old though).

I don't think I'm doomed to die really young, but I doubt I'm going to live to an old age.

My grandma and granny have both lived to be over 90 so far. My granddad lived to be 91 but had dementia.
And my other granddad was 86 when he died but he committed suicide so I guess that doesn't count.

I hope I'll live to be old but I honestly have no idea and how old my grandparents are gives me no clues as to how long I'll live for whatsoever.

The men on my Dad's side tend to live well into their 80s and, on occasion, push into their 90s. My Mum's side I'm not so sure. I know my "grandad" (though I never knew him) died young, but that was due to smoking. So basically, if I stay healthy I should reach a ripe age.
