I don't really get stressed, it's pointless but when I'm down I like going for a drive and listening to music. If that isn't an option at the time I normally just come online and aimlessly scroll through all my social media sites.

I would usually drive to a quiet place to calm down or if thats not an option I would either turn to music or sleep.
I usually just take a walk to somewhere and just chill out and think about things.

I giggled quite a lot seeing this title in the health section
Also people do realise that "going to your happy place" isn't an actual physical journey right
I normally eat / listen to music / sleep when I'm upset or angry.
I don't really have one. Not at the moment anyway.
it's life ok ;l ;l IT HASN'T BEEN MOVED SO IT'S FINE
I like to imagine myself in the future baking cookies with my kids that are too young to go to nursery yet and they'd be rubbish at it but that's not the point. Probably making feminists spit with anti-patriarchal rage but I love the idea of being a "soccer mom" so much.
Don't really have one as it stands, I just tend to keep my mind busy and thinking which is never really a good thing and would only make whatever my issue is far worse as some may know. I guess, to a certain extent, I use certain stories and plots to escape into and will dwell on those from time to time.
If I was forced to think of a happy place, I would probably think of my room in say 2006/2007.
