I always have an urge to scratch my nose. It looks like I'm picking it all the time but I'm not, I'm just scratching.

I don't really have urges unless I get a really sharp feeling where I need to scratch as it's doing my head in. Of course I don't do it in weird areas, but it may look weird if I'm wincing from it though. I don't really like sneezing, but it's more when I'm on a till at work, I sneeze into my sleeve, but it's a little awkward when they say bless you then you're there sneezing for another 5 minutes lmao.
