    @.ExtremeSlayer impressive write up. Glancing at it all though, if you've been working out for two years, surely you are wasting your time doing 6kg cable flies (I'll assume you mean kg and not lb, otherwise it really is a waste of time lol). Doesn't sound like the most efficient workout to me.

    Do you use an supplements?

    No! the cable flies are kg! haha my bad! And the only supplement I use it Whey protein, after each workout I use fresh fruit, a scoop of peanut butter, one banana and blend it up! But yes everything is kg

    But yeah, I was using lbs only as an example! My PRS are alright they're improving, my bench is 260. Squat is 375. And Cleans are 225. @conservative;

    Thanks! My friends are much higher though, mines embarrassing to there's but you can only improve! But yeah, I just enjoy working out

    I go gym once every two weeks if I can be bothered. Any gains, dno.. I weighed 10 1/2 stone when I started now I'm about 14 1/2

    I used to workout more but I work about 45 hours a week now and I just can't be bothered lol

    It's all good man, I definitely understand I go to school full time as well as work I just fit working out into my routine because I like doing it but I definitely understand if you don't want to

    I don't do it myself. But my best friend in Junior high school is compeeting in weighlifting. currently he has 2 Norwegian Records, and compeetes twice a month. he recently got third place in the norwegian cup in weightlifting.
