Do you bite your nails?

guilty, and have no idea how to stop this horrible habit

I try not to because it damages my fingers so much and I kinda need them, but last weekend I bit off a couple and they tore right down the side and now there are big fleshy wounds which are extremely sore cries

Omg that happens to me and it hurts so bad

I just don't know how to stop though

Something I will never understand. I won't put my fingers anywhere near my mouth until washed and sanitised! No, I don't bite my nails, ever.

Used to, but since I started painting them nicely I don't any more. I do bite the skin around them though :/
