What's a typical days food for you? Most of the reason to being fat is to with what you eat since exercise burns a surprisingly little amount.

Are you being serious with the coke? Diet is just as bad as normal...
To lose weight just eat less calories than you burn. Just don't eat too little calories because your body will go into starvation and start burning muscle.
If your going to the gym, end your workout with some HIIT training (sprints or something), it proven to have a burning effect so you continuously burn calories
One of the members at work is the managing director of three gyms with over 9,000 members and he said that for weight loss you don't really want to be doing CV work outs, maybe 30 minutes to start but then get into the weights room. I started that and have already started seeing quite impressive results.
How? 139 cals in a can compared to coke zero's 0? lmaoAre you being serious with the coke? Diet is just as bad as normal...

Do more cardio in the gym instead of weight training. What works for me is the small changes, using diet drinks, wholemeal bread, low fat cheese, artificial sweetner instesad of sugar, low fat sauces like extra light mayo/kraft thousand island, frylite to cook in instead of oil, lean meat, extra lean mince, and low fat sausages. I eat plenty of carbs but limit my fat intake. Trying to get as much veg in your meals as possible. Fills you up and is low in cals.

It won't make a difference either way. They are fine in moderation and whats the point of depriving yourself of something you enjoy just because water is better for you.
Love it when people chat **** they know nothing about lol
