Yesterday was really good! I was pretty much working on the salad bits, reductions & waste (yay) all day. Was absolutely knackered when I came home last night. My hands were bleeding in 14 different places because of the cuts and grazes from the crates etc (or as @Bolt660; says, "the carrots are too sharp irl")

But yeah, it was a good day & everyone there is really friendly.
