    I don't really want to lose or gain weight, I just wanna be more healthier in general so I'm gonna *TRY* go to the gym and eat better, but who knows if I'll even have the effort to start getting into shape or not, nevermind continue it

    i wanted to lose weight for a while but never really bothered
    then i lost like just under a stone suddenly in space of like month n half or something which was really weird because i didnt do or change anything
    ow ive just stuck at that weight so i guess my goal is to just stick with my current

    I've about 10 pounds to lose but finding it really hard. Finally got rid of the christmas chocolates and found my mojo though, so just recording stuff through myfitnesspal. I generally walk around 5 miles daily, and just joined back to the gym after 4 months off. Can't go mon and weds though so really have to force myself to go the other days.

    ill take ur 10 lbs!!

    after av had my shake ill be on 2486 calories for today and still to have a snack later lol, ate quite a bit of choc today....

    Starting my diet again tomorrow, lost 10 pound before Christmas but probs put most of it back on

    aiming to lose a stone and a half right now

    HEY i hate to be a buzzkill (sorry ) but if you really are losing a lot of weight like that without making any real changes to your diet or exercise regime you must go and visit your pharmacist/GP soon. It's probably nothing and i'm sorry to sound so doom and gloom omg but always better to be safe than sorry

    I'm very unhappy standing on scales so my plan is to drop a dress size and generally feel healthier. I'm writing down the food I'm eating every day and need to keep an eye on my portion sizes and cut down a little bit slowly over time.

    yeh ive been told but nothing has changed in past monthish (weird bc christmas) if it continues i will tho am sure!! thank you tho x

    i want to gain weight too. i even have some dumbbells now ill start soon

    need to eat more and better but it bores me/i dont have enough appetite to increase calories/good food doesnt fill me

    i ate really clean for like 6 months last year and exercised a tiny bit and my body looked better but i didnt track my weight. i did notice my body looked cuter and more toned tho

    I used to be around 6 stone when I started work in 2012 and now I'm around 9 stone - whenever I get weighed at the doctors (it's required with a birth control patch as you can't use it if you're over 14 stone) they always tell me I've lost weight! I think work has helped me lose a bit of weight as I'm moving around more and going out in general more. I never plan on losing or gaining weight it just happens, my size is so weird though as I can fit in some sizes in clothes, but the same size at a different shop won't fit me. Although I have 3 pairs of Primark skinny jeans that are the same size - I have to buy the bigger pair due to having wide hips, but for some reason one pair is pretty tight, one is so loose I have to wear a belt with them and the other fits pretty perfect, but slightly on the right side. I don't really have goals, although it would be nice to be more toned.
