i played one for like a year because i had friends there but we all just phased it out i guess after the owner became an ass hole

was an admin on one after that as well but because of the name we used some skids kept hacking us and it cost money to fix it again so that never worked out.
i was admin on one and this dude kept having to pay money to fix it then he got sued LMFAO

I admit I used to play them but it was way back in 2005-2006, I just liked to be admin haha! And having the whole Catalogue to see all the ranges and Rares that weren't out back then. As others have said since Builders Club it just seem pointless now.

I used to play them ages ago! I only did it for some of the casinos and building. But now I think about it they really are pointless and kind of dull compared to Habbo.

Habbo did a good job of making them sound like something incredibly terrible that would eat your soul if you went on them so I decided to listen to them and not go on any.

Unlike most, I fully support Retros. Not in the fact of charging people to get commands and coins, to me that is the definition of pathetic. I personally own a Retro, I'm not scared of admitting it, yes saying you play on a retro can lead to bans but in my case, I use it for personal, educational use. I am in College currently for Game Development. I am learning different ways of coding and at the same time I am advancing in my self taught gfx design.

So yes, I support educational Retros that are locally hosted and not public. Public ones don't hurt anybody bu if you charge, you deserve to get shut down.

Plus if I'm correct on this, charging on a Retro is fraud isn't it? Well fraud, copyright infringement, scamming, etc. Basically you're looking at bankruptcy for life and a few years in jail if Sulake takes it to court.

I know but they're not in as much heat as ones that do charge. I have no problem with free retros but I do still think that retros should be for personal use. If you ONLY play retros, then it's a shame. Going off topic but as people said previously cost was an issue... Back in 04 when I started, there was no Habbo GB exchange sites like there's been the past few years. $3/GB? I remember paying $15 for a habbo card at 7/11 lol.

Long story short, if you don't want to spend money on habbo, then you shouldn't be playing it. You also culd of been a room designer and worked on other peoples rooms
