definitely was nervous a lot as a child and sometimes i am very anxious depending on the situation and how i'm feeling, i'm wayyyy too in my head about things at times and allow it to take control of what i'm going to do with myself that particular day or it stops me from doing something. usually when i push through and do it anyway, it makes the feeling of being anxious / having reservations for that particular thing seem so stupid and pointless

Yep I'm a pretty anxious person I get worried about things all the time and I think it's gotten worse more recently like I noticed the other day I get so nervous when people are arguing or debating even if it's not a heated argument and I wasn't like that before. And I'm very socially anxious although I think that's started to get better although I'm still super shy. I don't recall being a a nervous child though shy yes but not anxious.

As for if people think I'm anxious I don't think so. Like my doctor the other day told me I'm always so cool and calm but really it's because I always get so worked up about things for days before so when it's not as bad as I had imagined I'm all calm.

Literally all the time, I panic and get anxious over even the small things and overthink/analyse EVERYTHING. My first week at my new job last week was tough but I'm really proud that I didn't have a panic attack or anything

I think I'm a bit better than I used to be, got a thicker skin and know when to walk away or not engage which does help me and I'm trying to get used to being social again slowly too... it's going well so far!

Yeah, I get anxious over the slightest things, I think I wasn't as anxious a few years ago, before GCSEs thats when it started getting bad. I'm close to going the doctors with it but I just need to get the courage to do so I'm horrible in social situations with people who I hardly know, just makes me really anxious.

I have tried these sites like calm.co.uk and such but they dont seem to work as good as they did a while back

Eh in certain circumstances, yes. Usually the idea of being late to something that isn't simply meeting up with people makes me anxious, though I realised the other day this doesn't affect me as much as it used to.

have had social and generalized anxiety mainly in highschool where i refused to go to school and didnt want to leave my house. Got much better over the years and now the only thing i have related to it is overthinking everything.

I'd consider myself a very anxious person. It varies depending on different things but I'm patiently waiting for me to start not caring about stuff.
