LOL @ all these walkers. I wish I could walk 10,000 steps. I'm in an office and I don't get off my chair much anymore. LOL! I do on average 6,000 steps now. I am not much of an exercise enthusiast anymore.

Today ive done very little. normally walk to college but it was raining so got the bus and Wednesdays are my day off from training
walked about 20mins from the bus stop....thats it

Today I walked about eight miles altogether on a dog walk but I did also eat fish and chips for lunch so I think that more than cancelled it out
