most of the times the remixes are only an inelegant, exaggeratedly extended version of the genuine tracks, accompanied by some overused treble beats!
it can be tolerable if you're in the club but it's, definitely, not that good while you're listening in your ipod, or whatever

I think after thinking about it, i agree with this. Some remixes are okay depending on the song.
