I just had this create-your-own dish at 18 Chefs, a renowned cafe in Singapore that gives ex-offenders a new chance in life,
and the boss of the chain cafe was also an ex-con. So i had a student meal of double cheese baked rice with a creamy
mango sauce, and mushrooms & olives & chicken sausage & chicken slices
with a complimentary homemade ice lemon tea and
a scoop of ice cream
DELICIOUS DINNER!
