I remember for a brief period during college I think my dad would buy this really nice like flapjack cereal or something. Just tried to look for it and can't find it tbh, wouldn't be surprised if it no longer existed given how bad it was nutritionally speaking.

Nowadays I have either bran flakes or Weetabix. Usually Weetabix so serving is easier tbh.

I used to always have corn flakes/rice crispies for my breakfast but stopped having breakfast

It's bad for your stomach when you skip breakfast though!
