intrusive thoughts

i have the constant urge to open the car door when on motorways constantly every time i just sit there dying to open it, also when im just sat here my mind tells me to clean so sometimes ill be up till 2am cleaning if its at night because i cant sleep with the thought of any sort of mess

Oh ye haha I used to get that car door one so bad when I was younger. I'd just imagine opening the car door and seeing what would happen but obvs I'd never actually do it.

i have had the self harm one before which sometimes takes me to a darker place it's horrid

i got the car opening one bad when i was due my period damn hormones
n ye it can b distressing, il just be bopping to my 90 tunes happy as and ill get these thoughts i can't shake off n just ruins ur mood

I think the one I get most frequently is when I walk past someone and just think that I could push them in the road, or they could push me.

i get the car door one where i just want to open the door whilst it's moving and fall out lol, another one is that when i'm sat in class i get one that makes me want to just stand up and walk out of the class

and sometimes when i'm stood at pelican crossings i feel like walking into oncoming traffic

idk if its intrusive thoughts but last night i reminded me but sometimes ill just be enjoyin life then suddenly mind just just thinks of a coloured in shape in my head and i cant imagine anything but i just have this red square blocking everything in my mind like its weird so i cant day dream or anything but just see a red square v weird

I think I've just had a really weird episode of this overnight/tpday. I've literally just got out of bed (6:30pm) and all day a voice in my head has been telling me I'm not allowed to get out of bed because some kind of brain processing was going on and I had loopholes in my head that needed to be sorted out. It was extremely real. and now I have the flu
