I do, but I go after hours when all the PTs have gone home because they're all annoying and constantly asking you to do PT sessions for extra $$$ at their own rates (PSA - THEY ARE AT GOD DAMN ASTRONOMICAL "RATES" the only time you'd need a PT is if you have a really specific goal and would be able to attend dedicated sessions each week to keep on top of your projected goal.

It is best though to try and join a gym when they're having 'seasonal sales' as they generally cut the join-up fee so you only have to pay for your membership p/m after that then saving you like +£20 on joining fees. Also for any students, if you have a NUS card you can also save the inflated joining fee prices with TheGymGroup who are located all over the UK.

We've just had a JD gyms open up, so I signed up to that at £15.99, no contract or joining fee on a special offer. I try to go as much as I can, but have slacked recently due to being poorly, my aim is 2-3 times a week as I do hockey training Wednesday and play Saturday too. But with being ill I only managed 2 times in the last 2 weeks

feel so much better for going tho. You never regret a workout

I have had several gym memberships. I find my motivation to go often fades so I end up spending lots of the membership and not using it. I don't currently have one and living in London I don't honestly know when I would have time with out giving up some of my social life. So yeah, I'm not a gym person.
