I will only ever use the Classic Skin. It's just so... classic.

In all seriousness though, please make sure that the Classic Skin never goes away. Add some new ones if that's what the people want, but don't take away the Classic. Way too many memories associated with it. Been using it for 12+ years now.

Hopefully all current skins are going and four new to replace.

skins need upkeep and maintenance, too many just complicates things and no one wants to fix them. the few people will just have to deal with it if their fav skin gets removed.

because there's no need for them, the skins are a mess and adding features etc just causes 16x the workload as you have 16 skins to fix.

what forums do you see that offer so many skins?

most forums either force one or offer a few (in our case I'd want 2 non habbo and 2 habbo skins)

Scott is right, but we don't need to remove them all. If it came to it we could leave current ones and class them as legacy skins which we no longer support but still allow you to use. Eventually people will use the new skins and then they can be removed.
