being in a position/unable to end my life on my terms.

ie dementia or some other illness where i'm no longer sovereign over myself

I have a pretty bad social anxiety/social phobia, so maybe social situations.

I also dislike being looked at, or being taken pictures of.

I guess those count as fears, atleast there is a phobia name for those.
