Walking/Running: Indoors or Outdoors?

I’d say outdoors but I don’t really run myself. Going to the gym motivat you a lot more, where as you may lack that motivation when you’re on your own running outside.

I jog out doors but I don't like seeing people when I run. I don't know what it is... but for some weird reason I just get bothered when people see me exercising. I'm not out of shape at all and I can't explain why exactly.

I refuse to pay for a gym membership it['s so expensive...

I sometimes go for runs but I walk a lot and I mean a lot!! I prefer outdoors.

I prefer running on a treadmill in gym. Gym has a good environment and motivation for you to run XD

I get free gym membership so I usually run indoors on a treadmill.
