Personally I prefer females with longer hair as it suits them more. I'm not really sure about men having long hair but it does suit some! I have short(ish) curly hair, the curly part I HATE but some think its cute

Girls with long hair looks beautiful, short hair seems cute.
Guys? Go with short hair, you can never go wrong. Only few can pull off the long hair, others just sucks. Hahah.
