I like Beat the [Item] or other racer games where you have to beat something or someone throug a maze. Probably best to make it fast and with multiple people so people don’t have to wait long.
And bingo although it kinda sucks now.

I think the True or False Game that Clarissa mentioned may be close enough to a quiz type game while still getting people to play considering its a 50/50 shot so people arent intimidated by the questions as much as an actual quiz game. It would also be slightly easier to host
