    Good thread Nekkle.

I'm one of the older users on Habbo, I don't really play it much anymore but I was never embarrassed to admit it. Habbo is a cool game / chatroom, depending on the way you play the game you may find that you actually learn many valuable things. Most of my friends don't even know what the hell Habbo is. I love the rare value and trading aspect "The Mini Stock Market" , being able to interact with people was just an added bonus and I never played it to meet chicks but I ended up meeting some cool youngsters that I wouldn't have normally interacted with.

    Thanks.

Well I'm 16 now and I'm slowly loosing my feel to go on Habbo, but when I used to play it alot, I couldn't tell my friends about me spending money on virtual furni etc...

But yes, I've enjoyed my stay on Habbo. Trading has got to be the best aspect of the game. I've learnt a little from trading on Habbo, its a much more fun way to interact with people from all over the country or around the world.

When I started playing Habbo, I looked for some girls, which looking back now, is so sad, maybe to me but for others who feel its good, all well and done.

Great idea for a thread :-) I've often thought about whether or not people tell their friends in r/l. I dont use habbo very often anymore but i havent told my friends in r/l about it. I told one friend ages ago and hes probably forgotten, and i told my brother but thats about it. I havent told them about habbo/habbox forum because as an older member i think they would think its childish me using it. Also i like having the freedom of saying and doing what i want on habbo/habbox forumn without someone i know butting in and ruining the experience.

There was a phase where my group of friends used to always go on habbo, but they all went off it, except me and one of my mates. I'm getting pretty bored of habbo myself now, but I keep the fact I go on it to myself.
