I'd love to kill him, yet, as these people are terrorists, and have no care for other lives, I would have to run, as seeing a terrorist would put your life in danger.

I wouldnt kill it though, not only might that be considered the nicer thing to do, but its immoral too. Alot of these terrorists think causing such extreme devastation is the right thing to do, brainwashed by God or just a higher power.
