They are not permenantly gone...

It happened to me, I lost 21 HC's, 2 majestics and 5 t-sofas all in one go. 24 hours later and they were back...

What about the people you are trading e.g. the person you gave the HC to for the dragon? When their stuff dissapears they are winning aren't they? :rolleyes:

happened to me other day where if u put your furni in another room it appears in the room you originally put it in this is bad cause if u have traded they can pick up there furni again and so can you and btw the duplicate dissapears

It doesn't work as you TRADE the item over in the first place and the item you get back dissapears.

Not true, This has happened to me many times, In some cases I couldn't pick up the furniture at all... It just wouldn't let me.. and in other cases I would pick the furniture up and put it somewhere else but it dissapears, So basically if you could actually trade it then the person who you traded with would have there stuff dissapear? I personally don't think this works without a catch.

Your method isn't stable, it can dissapear sometimes. The main cause of this is lagg. Just delete your internet cookies and don't go on habbo for 24 hours. (if your furni is at risk)
