We were all like that at one time. They're brand new and they don't know what they're doing. They're being themselves, yes they may be annoying but at least they're actually trying it out. I know a lot of HC's who dress up as babies. Not all babies are like that. Most babies who flood the room with "Waaaaaaa" are people determined to annoy people.
