Get soem really horrible tatty clothes, get a little hat, get an instrument you CAN'T PLAY, go sit inthe corner of a public/busy area, and play the worst with a sign saying

"Pay me to stop!"

That doesn't work so well. You have to move like every 30 minutes because the cops come. I got paid more singing some old punk band's (can't remember who right now) "Help Me, I'm Hungry"

I sold paintings and drew characatures for spare cash when I was in college as well as do some nude modeling for the other art students (10 hours of sitting around made me $100 a week).

If you can't paint or draw then uhm... meh... not much out there for a 13 year old huh? Sorry to hear man. Good luck finding some extra cash.
